- A practice-oriented safety concept that provides guidelines for case and complaint management, offering guidance and protection to our employees.
- A team of advisors that teaches and supports employees during their daily work and team meetings through team- and individual counselling.
- We are currently looking for english-speaking Caregivers for 40 hours per weeks.

Supporting our pedagogues in their daily work (transitions, changing children and helping them get dressed, organising and tidying…)

For bilingual advisors: the active implementation of our bilingual concept (language level English - fluent, German - at least B1)

Contributions to discussions, reflection and planning in the kindergarten, taking part in regular meetings

Careful management of both the food and cleaning supplies as well as maintenance of kindergarten resources (furniture, toys, learning materials)

The monthly salary for teaching assistants at level 1 is € 2 216.-, at level 5 € 2 384.- (full-time).
