  • Our kindergartens employ an open kindergarten system with bilingual and age-extended groups with a favourable child-staff ratio. 
  • We plan our educational processes as a team and reflect upon our educational practices together. Regular team meetings are held during working hours.
  •  A practice-oriented safety concept that provides guidelines for case and complaint management, offering guidance and protection to our employees. 
  • A team of advisors that teaches and supports employees during their daily work and team meetings through team- and individual counselling.
  • We are currently looking for english-speaking Caregivers for 40 hours per weeks.

A few example from your job profile:

  • Supporting our pedagogues in their daily work (transitions, changing children and helping them get dressed, organising and tidying…)

  • For bilingual advisors: the active implementation of our bilingual concept (language level English - fluent, German -  at least B1)

  • Contributions to discussions, reflection and planning in the kindergarten, taking part in regular meetings

  • Careful management of both the food and cleaning supplies as well as maintenance of kindergarten resources (furniture, toys, learning materials)

  • Helping the locations follow health and safety regulations (set by local authority)

The monthly salary for teaching assistants at level 1 is € 2 216.-, at level 5 € 2 384.-  (full-time).
